Uzņēmuma SIA „Agande finanses” iekšējās vides analīze, iespējamā attīstība un konkurētspēja Saldus pilsētā

Abstract

Darbā tiek raksturots un analizēts uzņēmuma SIA ,,Agande finanses” iekšējā vide, konkurētspēja Saldus pilsētā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz SIA „Agande Finanses” darbības, vides analīzes datiem, izpētīt un novērtēt uzņēmuma iekšējo vidi, konkurētspēju, pozīciju Saldus pilsētā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma vadībai par tālāko uzņēmuma attīstību. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, tiek noteikti sekojoši uzdevumi: izpētīt speciālo literatūru, analizēt SIA „Agande Finanses” iekšējo vidi un nozares tirgus tendences, aptaujāt darbiniekus, klientus un veikt rezultātu analīzi, izpētīt galvenos finanšu rādītāju koeficientus, veikt SVID analīzi SIA ,,Agande finanses”, izpētīt attīstības un konkurētspējas iespējas Saldus pilsētā. Darba gaitā tika veikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi par uzņēmuma SIA ,,Agande finanses” iekšējo vidi, konkurētspējas iespējām un draudiem.

SUMMARY

Work is described and analyzed in the company ,,Agande Finance” Ltd internal environment, competitiveness in Saldus town. Master's thesis is based on the ,,Agande Finance” Ltd activities, environmental data analysis, study and assess the company's internal environment, competitive position in Saldus city and to develop proposals for company’s superiors for the future development of the company. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are set: the specialized literature exploring the business environment theoretical approaches, analyze ,,Agande Finance” Ltd internal environment and industry market trends, interview ,,Agande Finance” Ltd employees, customers and carry out an analysis of the survey results, explore key financial indicators and ratios of company ,, Agande Finance” Ltd and competitors, SWOT Analysis of company ,, Agande Finance” Ltd, explore ,,Agande Finances” Ltd development and competitiveness options in Saldus town. As work progresses were made conclusions and proposals of the company ,, Agande Finance “ Ltd internal environment, competitive opportunities and threats.
