Abstract
Maģistra darba mērķis bija izstrādāt jaunu metodi dubultspirāliskās ribonukleīnskābes (dsRNS) kvantitatīvai noteikšanai ziedē „Larifan Ungo”, izmantojot augstefektīvo šķidruma hromatogrāfiju (AEŠH). Tika apkopota un analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par dsRNS darbību. Pēc kvantitatīvās metodes izstrādes tā tika validēta, metodes validācija apstiprina to, ka izstrādātā metode ir specifiska, lineāra un precīza. Rezultātus iespējams iegūt ar lielu precizitāti, analizējamie paraugi istabas temperatūrā 24 stundu ietvaros dod atkārtojamus rezultātus. The target of Master’s thesis was to develop a new method of quantitative determination of double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) in ointment „Lariphan Ungo” by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). There were collected and analyzed scientific literature about action of dsRNA. The analytic procedure afterwards was validated and validation verified that developed method is specific, linear and precise. With this method you can get results with high precisely, sample solutions in room temperature within 24 hours obtain repeatable results. KEYWORDS: DSRNA, LARIPHAN, RNA INTERFERENCE, HPLC, VALIDATION
