Izložu un azartspēļu nodoklis

Abstract

Kristīnes Artjomenko bakalaura darba nosaukums: “Izložu un azatrspēļu nodoklis”. Bakalaura darba mērķis pamatojoties uz pieejamo literatūru, praktisko materiālu pamata veikt Izložu un azartspēļu nodokļa piemērošanas analīzi Latvijā, izstrādāt Izložu un azartspēļu nodokļa administrēšanas pilnveidošanas iespējas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba pirmajā nodaļā pētīta informācija par izložu un azartspēļu nodokļa teorētisko apskatu, vēsture, normatīvā bāze. Otrā nodaļā autore analizē azartspēļu nodokļa statistiskos rādītājus, izmatojot Izložu un azarstpēļu uzraudzības inspekcijas pieejamo operatīvo statistiku un Finanšu ministrijas mājaslapā pieejamo informāciju. Bakalaura darba trešajā nodaļā aprakstīts autores veiktais pētījums, kura ietvaros tika veikta 138 respondentu anketēšana, lai uzzinātu, sabiedrības domas par azartspēlēm un secināt kādas izmaiņas būtu jāveic. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 61 lpp, tas ietver 8 tabulas, 14 attēlus un tā izstrādē izmantoti 43 literatūras avoti un 7 pielikumi.

The Topic of the Bachelor paper of Kristīne Artjomenko: “Lottery and gambling tax”. The aim of the bachelor's work is to analyze the application of Lotteries and gambling tax in Latvia based on the available literature and practical materials, to develop opportunities for improving the administration of Lotteries and gambling tax. The work consists of three chapters and the first chapter summarizes information on the theoretical review of the lottery and gambling tax. In the first chapter of the work, information on the theoretical review of lottery and gambling tax, history, regulatory basis is studied. The second chapter is devoted to the statistical indicators of the gambling tax and their analysis, using the statistics available from the Lotteries and Gambling Supervision Inspection and the information available on the website of the Ministry of Finance. The third chapter of the bachelor's thesis describes the research carried out by the author, within the framework of which respondents were asked about their thoughts about gambling and what changes should be made. The bachelor thesis consists of 61 pages, it includes 8 tables, 14 images and 43 literary sources and 7 appendices were used in its development.
