Pacientu risks Pneumocystas jirovecii izsauktām pneimonijām pacientiem pēc nieres transplantācijas

Abstract

Pneimocista jirovecii ir nozīmīgs patogēns pacientiem, kuriem veikta solīdo orgānu transplantācija. P. jirovecii pneimonijai ir sliktas prognozes, turklāt prognoze pēdējo 20 gadu laikā nav būtiski uzlabojusies. Mirstība P. jirovecii infekcijas gadījumā sasniedz 30-50%. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt, vai ir iespēja prognozēt pacienta ar nieru transplantāta risku saslimt ar P. jirovecii infekciju, neizmantojot specifiskus diagnostikas marķierus.

The Pneumocystis jirovecii is an important pathogen for patients whom have been performed solid organ transplantation. P. jirovecii pneumonia is bad predictions and prognosis over the past 20 years have not significantly improved. Mortality P. jirovecii case of infection has reached 30-50% The aim of the study is to explore ability of predicting to the risk of P. jirovecii infection for patient with kidney transplants without using specific diagnostic markers
