Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Rentgenoloģisko attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums kuņģa zarnu trakta izmeklēšanas svešķermeņa norīšanas gadījumā”. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot kvalitatīva attēla kritērijus kuņģa zarnu trakta izmeklēšanā svešķermeņa norīšanas gadījumā pediatrijā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un pētniecības daļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikuma. Teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta literatūra par plaušu un vēdera anatomiju. Analizēta literatūra par projekcijām un projekciju kritērijiem, kuriem ir jābūt iekļautiem rentgenogrammā, veicot vēdera un plaušu izmeklējumu. Pētniecības daļā balstoties uz teorētiskajā daļā izklāstītajiem attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem, veikts kvalitatīvs pētījums, analizējot 50 vēderu un plaušu rentgenogrammas. Darba apjoms – 31lpp., izmantoti 27 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Darbs sastāv no: 5 nodaļām, 4 apakšnodaļām, 2 attēliem, 5 diagrammām, 3 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: vēdera, plaušu, anatomija, pediatrija, izmeklējuma kvalitāte.
The name of bachelor thesis: “Evaluation of quality criteria of radiographic images in examination of gastrointestine in case of ingestion of foreign objects.” The aim was to quality clarify the criteria for gastrointestinal investigations in case of foreign body ingestion in pediatrics. Thesis consists of introduction, theoretical and research parts, conclusions and proposals. The theoretical part contains of the literature review of the lung and abdominal anatomy, the literature on the projections and the criteria of projections, which must be included in the X-ray through the abdomen and lung examinations. The research part is based on the image quality criteria described in the theoretical part. Qualitative study was done by analyzing 50 stomach and lung X-ray images. The volume of work is 31 page, used 27 literature and information sources. The work consists of 5 sections, 4 subsections, 2 pictures, 5 charts, 3 annexes.
