Sociālās garantijas jauniem vecākiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats “Sociālās garantijas jaunajiem vecākiem” tiek apskatīts darbiniekiem pieejamais valsts atbalsts saistībā ar bērna aprūpi attiecībā uz grūtniecības un dzemdību, bērna kopšanas un bērna tēva, adoptētāja vai citas personas atvaļinājumiem. Darbā tiek analizētas viendzimuma pāru iespējas saņemt šīs sociālās garantijas, ņemot vērā Latvijas Republikā pastāvošo ģimeņu sociālo realitāti. Bakalaura darbā analizēta Latvijas Republikas normatīvo aktu atbilstība Eiropas Savienības normatīvo aktu minimālajiem standartiem. Tāpat tiek skatīts Latvijas Republikas normatīvo aktu saturs attiecībā uz viendzimuma pāru tiesisko statusu.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis "Social guarantees for new parents" reviews the state support available to employees in connection with childcare regarding maternity and parental leave as well as leave for the child’s father, adopter, or other person. The thesis analyses the possibility of same-sex couples to receive these social guarantees, taking into consideration the social reality of families in the Republic of Latvia. The thesis analyses the compliance of the regulations of the Republic of Latvia with the minimum standards of the regulations of the European Union. The thesis also considers the content of the regulations of the Republic of Latvia regarding the legal status of same-sex couples.
