Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba motivācijas sistēma uzņēmumā SIA FORVIS MAZARS”. Mūsdienās motivācija ir ļoti svarīgs aspekts darba vidē. Bez tās darbinieks nebūs pietiekami gribošs censties sabiedrības labā. Ir ļoti svarīgi no darbaspēka saņemt maksimālu jaudu un spēku, lai uzņēmumam tas radītu sniegumu un efektīvu darbību. Bieži vien darba vadītāji saskaras ar problēmu – nemotivēti darbinieki darba vietā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā autore pēta un analizē motivācijas nozīmi darba vidē, motivācijas teorijas. Otrajā daļā tiek analizēts izvēlētais uzņēmums. Trešajā daļā autore veica empīrisko pētījumu par to, cik motivēti ir darbinieki uzņēmumā SIA FORVIS MAZARS LATVIA. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lappuses, tas sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 11 apakšnodaļām. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Work motivation system in SIA FORVIS MAZARS". Today, motivation is a very important aspect in the work environment. Without it, the employee will not be willing enough to strive for the benefit of society. It is very important to get maximum power and strength from the workforce in order to create performance and efficient operation for the company. Managers often face the problem of unmotivated employees in the workplace. The bachelor thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the author studies and analyzes the importance of motivation in the work environment, motivation theories. The second part analyzes the selected company. In the third part, the author conducted an empirical study on how motivated are the employees of SIA FORVIS MAZARS LATVIA. The volume of the bachelor thesis is 60 pages, it consists of 3 chapters and 11 subsections. Key words: motivation, employee, working environment, manager.
