Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Covid-19 ietekme uz nodarbinātību un bezdarbu Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt Covid-19 krīzes radītās negatīvās sekas uz Latvijas darba tirgu un bezdarbu. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi: veikt darba tirgus rādītāju analīzi attiecībā uz COVID-19 hronoloģiju un sekām Latvijā; novērtēt Covid-19 krīzes ietekmi uz bezdarbu; izvērtēt valdības īstenotus atbalsta mehānismus bezdarba mazināšanai un nodarbinātības veicināšanai Covid-19 apstākļos; izstrādāt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus par nepieciešamajiem pasākumiem Covid-19 negatīvo seku pārvarēšanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba apjoms ir 72 lapaspuses. Darbs ilustrēts 16 attēlos, 3 tabulās, 3 formulas un 3 pielikumos. The subject of the bachelor thesis is “Impact of Covid-19 on employment and unemployment in Latvia”. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the negative consequences of the Covid-19 crisis on the Latvian labour market and unemployment. To achieve the goal, several tasks have been set: to analyse labour market indicators regarding the chronology and consequences of COVID-19 in Latvia; to assess the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the unemployment; evaluate the support mechanisms implemented by the government to reduce unemployment and promote employment in the conditions of Covid-19; develop conclusions and make proposals on the necessary measures to overcome the negative consequences of Covid-19. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and proposals. The contents of Bachelor thesis is laid down on 72 pages.
