Abstract
Mūsdienu rūpniecības attīstība, pieaugošā konkurence un attieksmes maiņa pret darbinieku drošību un vides aizsardzību liek uzņēmumiem veidot jaunas vadības koncepcijas, viena no tādām ir integrētas kvalitātes vadības sistēmas (IKVS) izveide.
Darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām par darba drošības prasību integrēšanu, veikt ar to saistīto risku novērtējumu kvalitātes vadības sistēmas kontekstā, atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus to novēršanai.
Uzņēmumā ELK plus ir izveidota integrētā kvalitātes vadības sistēma, novērtēti riski, sagatavots plāns risku mazināšanai.
Darbs ir sadalīts trīs nodaļās, 1. nodaļa sniedz teorētisko pamatojumu integrētās kvalitātes vadības sistēmas izveidošanai, 2. nodaļā ir apskatīta IKVS izveide un ar to saistīto risku novērtējums, 3. nodaļā ir apkopoti rezultāti un izstrādāts rīcības plāns risku mazināšanai.
Darba apjoms - 77 lpp., 10 tabulas, 4 attēli un 6 pielikumi.
