Abstract
Darba ietvaros veica grafēna pārnešanu no vara folijas uz polietilēna pamatni un SPĒĒK membrānām ar karstās presēšanas metodi. Izpētīja temperatūras ietekmi uz pārnestā un virsū folijai palikušā grafēna kvalitāti, par tās kritēriju izmantojot grafēnam raksturīgo Ramana spektroskopijas signālu intensitāšu attiecību un ar grafēnu pārklāto membrānu pretestību izmaiņas.
Transfer of graphene from copper foil unto a polyethylene substrate and SPEEK membranes via the hot press method was performed. Effect of the chosen temperature on quality of transferred and remaining graphene was investigated via Raman spectroscopy, using the intensity ratio of graphene-specific peaks as an indicator, and by determining the changes in surface resistance caused by the transferred graphene.
