Abstract
Darbā dotas 1,4-dihidropiridīna (1,4-DHP) atvasinājumu modifikācijas, lai veidotu dabas lipīdiem tuvākas struktūras. Iegūti savienojumi, kas 1,4-DHP cikla 3,5-vietās satur lipīdu veida aizvietotājus un 2,6-vietās katjonus piridīna atvasinājumus. Savienojumi sintezēti kā potenciālie gēnu transfekcijas aģenti turpmākiem struktūras-aktivitātes pētījumiem. Dots savienojumu fizikāli-ķīmiskais raksturojums.
In this work, modifications of 1,4-dihydropyridine (1,4-DHP) derivatives to lipide-like structures are presented. The compounds that contain lipide-like substituents at the positions 3- and 5- and cationic pyridine derivatives at the positions 2- and 6- of the 1,4-DHP nucleus have been obtained. The compounds have been synthesised as potential agents of gene transfection for establishment of structure activity relationships. Physically-chemical characteristics of the synthesised compounds are also given.
