Uzņēmuma „Tikora ” iekšējā un ārējā vide

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma „Tikora” iekšējās un ārējās vides analīzi. Bakalaura darba struktūra sastāv no ievada, literatūras un avotu saraksta, 3 darba nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā darba daļā autors sniedz iekšējās un ārējās vides teorētisko pamatojumu. Otrā nodaļa tika veltīta uzņēmuma „Tikora” iekšējās vides analīzei, bet trešajā nodaļā autors veica uzņēmuma „Tikora” ārējās vides analīzi. Tika arī veikta uzņēmuma „Tikora” SVID analīze un izanalizēts M. Portera piecu spēku modelis uzņēmumā. Apskatīti tika arī uzņēmuma netieši ietekmējošie ārējās vides faktori, balstoties uz PEST analīzi. Nobeigumā autors izvirzīja secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 70 lpp., tas ietver 22 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 12 formulas, 47 literatūras avotus. Atslēgvārdi – iekšējā vide, ārējā vide, uzņēmējdarbība, saimnieciskā darbība.

Bachelor thesis is to make the company „Tikora” internal and external environmental analysis. Bachelor thesis structure consists - an introduction, bibliography, three business divisions, conclusions and proposals. In the first part of the work the author provides internal and external environment of theoretical justification. The second chapter was devoted to the company's „Tikora” internal environmental analysis, in the third chapter the author took the company „Tikora” external environmental analysis. It has also made the company „Tikora” SWOT analysis and the company analyzed by M. Porter's five forces model. Was also discussed in the company's indirect influence of external environmental factors based on PEST analysis. In conclusion, the author put forward the conclusions and recommendations.
