Abstract

„Psihosociālie darba vides risku saistība ar izglītības iestāžu vadītāju darbspējām”. Darba autore: Elīna Dreimane. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr.sc.admin., asoc.prof. Henrijs Kaļķis. Darbs izklāstīts uz 83 lpp., ietver 45 attēlus, 4 tabulas, 4 pielikumus, 47 informatīvos avotus. Maģistra darba struktūra veidota no četrām daļām. Pirmajā daļā apkopota un analizēta literatūra par vispārējiem darba vides riskiem izglītības iestāžu vadītāju darbā, kā arī psihosociālo risku būtība, ietekme un iespējamās sekas. Otrajā daļā norādītas izmantotās metodes vispārējo un psihosociālo risku noteikšanai. Trešajā daļā identificēti un analizēti vispārējie un psihosociālie darba vides riski pēc izmantoto metožu rezultātiem. Ceturtā daļa ietver preventīvos un veselības veicināšanas pasākumus. Izstrādāti secinājumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas. Pētījuma veikšanā izmantotās metodes: darbinieku aptaujas anketa, Somijas 5 baļļu metode, ergonomisko risku ātrā ekspozīcijas kontroles (ĀEK) metode, darbspēju indeksa noteikšanas metode un darba spriedzes indeksa noteikšana ar datorprogrammu „WORK POSITIVE”. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti apliecina, ka izglītības iestāžu vadītāji darba vietā saskarās ar psihosociāliem darba vides risku faktoriem, kuri ietekmē vai var ietekmēt izglītības iestādes vadītāja darbspējas.

The master`s thesis: 83 pages, 45 images, 4 tables, 4 annexes, 47 literature sources. The master`s thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter summarizes and analyzes literature on the general risks of work environment in the work of managers of educational institutions, as well as the nature, effects and possible consequences of psychosocial risks. In the second chapter, the methods used to determine general and psychosocial risks are described. In the third chapter the general and psychosocial risks of the work environment according to the results of the methods used are identified and analyzed. The fourth part includes preventive and health promotion measures. Developed conclusions and practical recommendations. Methods used in the research: Employee survey questionnaire, Finnish 5-point method, Ergonomic Risk Exposure Control (AEC) method, method for determining the Capacity Index and determination of the labor stress index with the WORK POSITIVE computer program. The obtained results of the research confirm that the heads of educational institutions at the workplace face psychosocial factors of the work environment that affect or may affect the ability of the head of the educational institution.
