Abstract
Lai gan zobārstniecībā pielietojamie lāzeri tiek izmantoti salīdzinoši nesen ir veikts liels daudzums klīnisko pētījumu ,kuros novērtēta gan to efektivitāte ,baktericīdā iedarbība, gan klīniskais sniegums. Er:YAG, Er,Cr:YSGG un Nd:YAG ir visdaudzsološākie zobārstniecībā izmantojamie lāzeri, ko nosaka to multifunkcionālais pielietojums un pretmikrobā efektivitāte. Galvenais uzsvars šajā darbā vērsts uz Er:YAG, Er,Cr:YSGG un Nd:YAG, analizējot to bakterioloģisko un pretmikrobo darbību.
With the short time lasers has been available for dental use, huge amount of research has been done to evaluate their effectiveness, their bactericidal properties and clinical handling. Er:YAG, Er,Cr:YSGG and Nd:YAG are the most promising lasers today in the dentistry field for their multifunctional use and bactericidal effect. During this thesis the main focus will be put on the Er:YAG, Er,Cr:YSGG and Nd:YAG lasers, and how they impact the bacteriology and fungi in dentistry.
