Abstract
Bakalaura darbā tika izstrādātas vairākas sintēzes metodes, izmantojot atmosfēras spiediena ķīmisko tvaiku nogulsnēšanu, mainot dažādus parametrus - temperatūru, reakcijas laiku un prekursorus, lai iegūtu molibdēna(IV) telurīda polimorfu 2D struktūras uz Si/SiO2 pamatnēm. Iegūto struktūru morfoloģija analizēta, izmantojot optiskās, skenējošo elektronu un atomspēku mikroskopijas metodes. Struktūru stehiometrija novērtēta, izmantojot enerģijas dispersīvo rentgenstaru spektroskopiju, kā arī veikti Ramana spektroskopijas mērījumi.
In this work, multiple synthesis parameters - temperature, reaction time and precursors - were changed in order to synthesize 2D structures of molybdenum(IV) telluride polymorphs on Si/SiO2 substrates using atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition. The resulting structures were analysed using optical, scanning electron and atomic force microscopy, and the structure was determined using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
