Abstract
Mūsdienās plaši tiek izmantoti dažādu lietotņu platformu pakalpojumi, ievērojamākais no piemēriem, Bolt, kas piedāvā trīs dažādus transporta jomas pakalpojumus – automašīnu īri, taksometru pakalpojumus un elektrisko transportlīdzekļu īri. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt juridiskās problēmas, kas iezīmējas pušu, kas noslēgušas līgumu, tiesībās un pienākumos. Mērķa sasniegšanai pētīti noteikumi, kas regulē noslēgtos līgumus un to atbilstība piemērojamajām tiesību normām un judikatūras atziņām. Darbā tiek iezīmētas atklātās juridiskās problēmas, kas redzamas noslēgtajos līgumos.
Nowadays, the services of various application platforms are widely used, the most prominent example being Bolt, which offers three different transport-related services – car rental, taxi services and electric vehicle rental. The aim of the thesis is to examine the legal issues that arise in the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. To achieve this objective, the contractual provisions governing the concluded contracts and their compliance with the relevant legislation and case law have been studied. The thesis highlights the legal issues that have been identified in the concluded contracts.
