Līdera loma un ietekme uz organizācijas “Lido” AS darbību.

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt līderības lomu un ietekmi uz AS “LIDO” darbību un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai un pilnveidei. Izanalizēt teorētiskos aspektus un zinātnisko literatūru par līderības un vadītāju savstarpējo atkarību, lomām un funkcijām, kā arī noteicošos faktorus vadības efektivitātes palielināšanai. Aprakstīt organizācijas AS “LIDO” darbību, veikt interviju ar uzņēmuma pārstāvjiem par līdera lomu organizācijā, kā arī analizēt darbinieka aptaujas rezultātus par dažādām līdera funkcijām organizācijā. Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un pielikumiem. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 76 lappuses, kurās ir izvietotas 4 tabulas, 25 attēli un 2 pielikumi.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the role and impact of leadership on the operation of JSC "LIDO" and to develop proposals for its improvement and refinement. To analyze the theoretical aspects and scientific literature on the interdependence, roles and functions of leadership and managers, as well as the determining factors for increasing the effectiveness of management. Describe the activities of the organization AS “LIDO”, conduct an interview with a representative of the company about the role of a leader in the company, as well as analyse the results of an employee survey about the manager as a leader. Draw conclusions and make proposals. Bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, suggestions, references, and appendices. The total volume of the work is 76 pages, which contains 4 tables, 25 figures and 2 annex.
