Piegādes ķēžu pārvaldība uzņēmumā SIA “DADSONS”.

Abstract

Katrs produkts tiek ražots un transportēts caur piegādes ķēžu pārvaldības procesu, tāpēc tas ir nozīmīgs katra uzņēmuma darbībā, lai tas būtu efektīvs, tas ir atbilstoši jāpielāgo. Pēc pētījuma veikšanas un analīzes, tika secināts, ka uzņēmuma klienti un sadarbības partneris ir apmierināti ar uzņēmuma piegādes ķēdes pārvaldības procesu. Pētījuma mērķis: pamatojoties uz literatūras un teorijas analīzi, un autores veikto praktisko pētījumu par piegādes ķēžu pārvaldību uzņēmumā SIA “DADSONS” analīzi, izstrādāt priekšlikumus par uzņēmuma piegādes ķēdes pārvaldības procesa optimizāciju, lai tiktu uzlabota uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāte. Darbs sastāv no 80 lpp., darbā iekļauti 17 attēli un 5 tabulas. For it to be effective, it must be appropriately adjusted. After conducting the research and analysis, it was concluded that the company’s clients and collaborators are saisfied with company’s supply chain management. The aim of the research is to develop proposals for optimizing the supply chain management process of company “DADSONS” SIA in order to improve the company’s efficiency, based on analysis of literature and theory, as well as the author’s practical research. The thesis consists of 80 pages and includes 17 figures and 5 tables.
