Abstract
Palielinoties darbinieku pieprasījumam pēc elastīgām darba metodēm, darba devējiem rodas izaicinājums nodrošināt tādu darba modeli, kas vienlaikus apmierina darbinieku vajadzības un saglabā nepārtrauktu uzņēmuma darbību. Hibrīda darba modelis ir viens no biežāk izmantotajiem risinājumiem, kas nodrošina iespēju apvienot attālinātā un klātienes darba priekšrocības. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz uzņēmuma “SeaVenture” hibrīda darba modeļa prakses analīzi, identificēt hibrīda darba modeļa ietekmi uz darbiniekiem organizācijā, lai novērtētu darbinieku apmierinātību ar darba pienākumu veikšanu daļēji attālināta darba režīma apstākļos. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkoti hibrīda darba teorētiskie aspekti – tā būtība, veidi, ietekme uz darbinieku apmierinātību un darba un privātās dzīves līdzsvaru. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek sniegts uzņēmuma “SeaVenture” raksturojums – tā darbības, struktūras, personāla vadības aspektu un esošās hibrīda darba prakses analīze. Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts pētījums un tā analīze, lai noskaidrotu, kā hibrīda darba modelis ietekmē uzņēmuma “SeaVenture” darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu, tā priekšrocībām un izaicinājumiem.
As employee demand for flexible working methods increases, employers are challenged to provide a work model that simultaneously meets the needs of employees and maintains the continuity of the company's operations. The hybrid work model is one of the most commonly used solutions that provides the opportunity to combine the advantages of remote and in-person work. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is, based on the analysis of the hybrid work model at “SeaVenture” company, to identify the impact of the hybrid work model on employees in order to assess employee satisfaction with performing work duties in partially remote work. The first chapter of the bachelor's thesis examines the theoretical aspects of hybrid work – its concept, types, impact on employee satisfaction and work-life balance. The second chapter of the thesis provides a description of the company “SeaVenture” – an analysis of its operations, structure, personnel management aspects and existing hybrid work practice. The third chapter of the thesis conducts a study and its analysis to find out how the hybrid work model affects the satisfaction with work of employees of the company “SeaVenture”, its advantages and challenges.
