Investīciju loma veselības aizsardzībā HIV/AIDS kontekstā

Abstract

Darba pētāmais objekts ir HIV/AIDS profilaktisko veselības aizsardzības pasākumu investīcijas, to stratēģijas un atdeve. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt investīciju stratēģijas un atdevi veselības aizsardzībā HIV/AIDS kontekstā. Darba pamatuzdevumi ir izpētīt HIV/AIDS problemātiku, HIV/AIDS profilaktisko veselības aizsardzības pasākumu investīciju stratēģijas un atdevi, to trūkumus, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus investīciju atdeves paaugstināšanai. Pētījuma konstatēts, ka HIV/AIDS inficētības līmenis Latvijā ir viens no augstākajiem Eiropā, kas liecina par HIV/AIDS profilaktisko veselības aizsardzības pasākumu investīciju stratēģiju un atdeves trūkumiem. Rezultātā tiek izvirzīti priekšlikumi HIV/AIDS investīciju stratēģiju uzlabošanai un atdeves paaugstināšanai. Literatūras meklēšana ir veikta, izmantojot OECD iLibrary, PubMed/Medline un Wiley libray. Atslēgas vārdi ir „HIV/AIDS”, „veselības sektors” „veselības aizsardzība”, „investīcijas”, „investīciju stratēģija” un „investīciju atdeve”.The work object for analysis is the HIV/AIDS investments, their strategies and return. The aim of this study is to explore the strategies and return on investment in HIV/AIDS context. Basic tasks of this study is to explore the HIV/AIDS problems, the investment strategy and return on investment, as well as to make proposals regarding to the efficiency of return on investment. The study research found that HIV/AIDS infection rate in Latvia is one of the highest in Europe. It indicates to inefficiency of strategies and return on investment in Latvia. As a result, the proposals are made how could increase the return on investment in the HIV/AIDS problematic solution. Literature search is done using the OECD iLibrary, PubMed/Medline and Wiley libray. Key words are "HIV/AIDS", "health sector" "health", "investment", "investment strategy" and "return on investment".
