| dc.description.abstract | Nesteroīdie pretiekaisuma līdzekļi (NPL) ir pasaulē viena no plašāk lietotajām medikamentu grupām, un to galvenie iemesli lietošanai terapijā ir sāpes, iekaisums un drudzis. Darba uzdevumi bija analizēt NPL apgrozījumu SIA “Farma Balt Aptieka” “Acālijas aptiekā” par 2012. un 2013. gadu, noskaidrot , kuri no NPL ir vispieprasītākie, izpētīt NPL lietošanu atkarībā no dzimuma un vecuma, noskaidrot, kuras ārstu specializācijas izraksta visvairāk NPL. Iegūtie dati liecina, ka bezrecepšu medikamenti ir pieprasītāki, nekā recepšu NPL. No nimesulīda un diklofenaka saturošiem preparātiem vispieprasītākie ir Nimesil 100mg pulveri un Dicloberl retard 100mg kapsulas. Autore noskaidroja, ka recepšu NPL vairāk izraksta sievietēm, nekā vīriešiem. Diklofenaka saturošus medikamentus izraksta gados vecākiem pacientiem, bet nimesulīda saturošus preparātus pārsvarā izraksta pacientiem no 26 līdz 35 gadiem un no 56 līdz 65 gadiem.NPL pārsvarā izraksta ģimenes ārsti. - | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are the most widely used drugs in the world. Pain, inflammatory and fever are the main reasons of using their in treatment. Work tasks is to analyze NSAIDs consumption in SIA “Farma Balt Drugstore” Acālijas Drugstore at the year of 2012 and 2013, to find out which of the NSAIDs are the most demanded, to explore the use of NSAIDs, depending on gender and age, to find out which doctor specialize the most prescribe NSAIDs. The data shows, that non-prescription medications is the most demanded, than prescription NSAIDs. Of nimesulide and diclofenac containing medications the most popular are Nimesil 100mg powder and Dicloberl retard 100mg capsules. Author found that the NSAIDs is more prescribed to women than men. Diclofenac-containing medications prescribed to older people, but most of nimesulide-containing medications prescribed to patients from 26 to 35 years and from 56 to 65 years. NSAIDs are mostly prescribed by general practitioners. - | en_US |
