Inkvizīcijas tiesu darbība Rietumeiropā viduslaikos

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir "Inkvizīcijas tiesu darbība Rietumeiropā viduslaikos". Šis diplomdarbs sastāv no inkvizīcijas jēdziena skaidrojuma, un tajā ir analizēta katoļu baznīcas attieksme pret ķeceriem, ķeceru kustību rašanās iemesli un šo kustību ideoloģiskie uzskati. Pie tam darba ietvaros aplūkota inkvizīcijas tiesu izveide un darbība, to organizatoriskā struktūra. Darbā ir arī vispārēji raksturots inkvizīcijas process, tā stadijas, kas raksturo tiesas nolēmumu pieņemšanas gaitu, un raksturīgākie ķeceriem piemērotie soda veidi. Darba nobeigumā ir izdarīti secinājumi par inkvizīcijas elementu saistību ar mūsdienu tiesību sistēmām.

The title of this diploma work is "The Inquisition Court Operation in Middle Age Western Europe". It is dedicated to the examination of inquisition court operations in Western Europe in Middle Ages and considers the formation of inquisition process as canonic criminal procedure and its specifics. The work encloses the explanation of the inquisition concept and analyses the catholic church's attitude towards the heretics and the reasons for the creation of heretic movements and the ideology of these movements. Besides that, this work discusses the creation of inquisition courts, their operation and organizational structure. This diploma work includes also a general disposition of inquisition process, the phases that characterizes the creation process of the judgment of court and the usual penalties for heretics. In the end there are conclusions about the connection of inquisition elements with contemporary legal systems.
