Nesteroīdo pretiekaisuma līdzekļu lietošanas tendences un to izplatības apkārtējā vidē novērtējums

Abstract

Maģistra darbs “Nesteroīdo pretiekaisuma līdzekļu lietošanas tendences un to izplatības apkārtējā vidē novērtējums” izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot nesteroīdo pretiekaisuma līdzekļu lietošanas (NSPL) tendences sabiedrībā, kā arī izvērtēt riskus, kuri tiek saistīti ar vides piesārņojumu, kas radies no NSPL. Darba uzdevumi bija apkopot literatūras avotos pieejamo informāciju par sāpju veidiem, NSPL grupām, to darbības mehānismiem, indikācijām un lietošanas īpatnībām, iepazīties ar NSPL izplatību vidē un ar to saistītajiem riskiem, veikt NSPL noteikšanu notekūdeņu paraugos dažādos Latvijas reģionos un veikt aptauju, lai noskaidrotu NSPL lietošanas paradumus sabiedrībā, kā arī novērtēt iedzīvotāju informētību un rīcību farmaceitisko atkritumu utilizācijas jautājumā. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 89 lpp., tas sastāv no literatūras apskata, materiāliem un metodēm, rezultātiem un diskusijas, secinājumiem un literatūras avotiem. Darbā iekļauti 24 tabulas, 28 attēli un 3 pielikumi. Darba izstrādei un pētījuma veikšanai izmantoti 83 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

The master's thesis "Assessment of trends in the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and their distribution in the environment" was developed with the aim to identify the trends in the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in society and evaluate the risks associated with environmental pollution caused by NSAIDs. The objectives of the thesis were the following: firstly, to collect the literature data about the types of pain, groups of NSAIDs, their mechanisms of action, indications and specificity of use, secondly, to get acquainted with the distribution of NSAIDs in the environment and the risks associated with it, thirdly, to determine NSAIDs in wastewater samples from different regions of Latvia and, fourthly, to conduct the survey to assess population awareness, behavioral patterns and individual mechanism of action during the disposal of pharmaceutical waste. The master's thesis is written on 89 pages and it consists of a literature review, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions and literature sources. The thesis includes 24 tables, 28 figures and 3 appendices. 83 literature sources were used to develop this research work.
