Abstract
Maģistra darba mērķis ir noteikt un izanalizēt pašvaldību komunikācijas ar iedzīvotājiem principus, funkcijas un veidus, kā arī iegūto secinājumu aprobācija, izstrādājot priekšlikumus komunikācijas stratēģijas izveidei.
Darbā pielietotā metodoloģija: mediju kontentanalīze, datu sekundārā analīze un daļēji strukturētās dziļās intervijas ar pašvaldības un dažādu nozaru pārstāvjiem.
The aim of master's thesis is to identify and analyze the principles, functions and types of local government’s communication with the community, as well as the approbation of conclusions for developing a communication strategy in Liepāja City council. The methodology used: media content analysis, secondary data analysis and semi-structured in-depth interviews with representatives of local government and various stakeholders.
