Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis bija papildināt Athena digitālo risinājumu platformas piedāvāto funkcionalitāti ar modulāru, viegli uzstādāmu un konfigurējamu pārraudzības rīku, kas ļauj programmētājiem pārvaldīt savus Java bāzētos programmatūras servisus. Darba ietvaros esošajā Athena digitālo risinājumu platformā tika ieviesta Hawtio konsole, modulārs JVM pārraudzības rīks, kā arī tika izveidots konsoles spraudnis, kas automatizē savienojumu pievienošanas procesu konsolei no Consul servisu atklāšanas servera. Programmatūras izvietošanai tika veidoti Docker attēli un rakstīti Ansible skripti.
The goal of this thesis is to expand the functionality provided by the Athena digital solutions platform with a modular, easy to set up and configure management tool, which would make it easier for programmers to control and monitor their Java based services. Within the scope of this qualification paper the author implemented the Hawtio console, a modular JVM management tool, into the existing Athena digital solutions platform. To automatize the process of adding service connections to the console from the Consul service discovery server a plugin was developed for the Hawtio console. For the deployment of software Docker images and Ansible scripts were also created.
