Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Vadīšanas pilnveidošana Rīgas pilsētas Īres valdē”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Rīgas pilsētas Īres valdes vadīšanas procesus un izstrādāt ieteikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā aplūkoti plaši teorētiskie materiāli, analizējot vadības funkcijas un to specifiku valsts un pašvaldības institūcijā. Otrajā nodaļā, balstoties uz Rīgas pilsētas Īres valdes vadītājas interviju, darbinieku aptaujām, iekšējās dokumentācijas analīzi, analizēts vadības stils, darbinieku motivācijas līmenis, vadītāja organizatorisko funkciju realizācija. Trešajā nodaļā atklātas galvenās problēmas Īres valdes vadībā un izstrādāti priekšlikumi situācijas uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no 81 lpp., ietverot 7 tabulas, 17 attēlus, pievienoti 2 pielikumi.

Bachelor's thesis „Improving the management of Administration of Tenants rights of Riga” The purpose is to explore Administration of Tenants rights of Riga management processes and make recommendations for its improvement. The work consists of three sections. The first chapter covers the theory of management and its specifics in national and local government. Second chapter covers the analysis of administration style, employee motivation level and management skills, based on Administration of Tenants rights of Riga board members interview, staff interviews and internal documentation analysis. The third chapter is about main problems detected in Administration of Tenants rights of Riga board and providing solutions to improve the situation. The paper consists of 87 pages., including 7 tables, 17 figures, 2 appendices attached.
