Apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldība uzņēmumā "MMM"

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldību uzņēmumā un sniegt priekšlikumus SIA „MMM” apgrozāmo līdzekļu kvalitatīvākai pārvaldībai. Pētāmais uzņēmums – SIA „MMM” , periods 2005. - 2009. gads. Maģistra darba struktūru veido trīs daļas. Pirmajā daļā raksturota apgrozāmo līdzekļu būtība aktīvu sastāvā. Otrajā daļā uzmanība tiek koncentrēta uz apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldību, to klasifikāciju un ietekmi uz uzņēmuma darbības finanšu rezultātiem. Trešajā daļā tiek veikta konkrēta uzņēmuma – SIA „MMM” apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldības izpēte. Pētīšanas metodes – ekonomiskās analīzes metode, ekonomiski statistiskā, salīdzinošā, un grafiskā metode. Darba apjoms ir 93 lappuses, darbā ievietotas 11 tabulas un 19 attēli, izmantoti 34 literatūras avoti. Atslēgvārdi: apgrozāmie līdzekļi, apgrozāmo līdzekļu pārvaldība.

The Annotation The goal of the Master work is to investigate and analyze the current assets management in the company, needed for high performance achievement. The name of examined company is Ltd “MMM”, the period 2005 – 2009. In order to comprehend the current assets management process and its application, there are three parts included in the Master thesis. The first part gives comprehension of company’s assets economical essence, in more detail reviewing the assets classification and forming principles. In the second part the attention is concentrated on current assets management. In the third part current assets management is being done with the purpose to make conclusions and give recommendations of how to improve the management process and to achieve higher financial results. To make the research, several methods are being used, such as economic phenomenon method, economic statistics, comparative and graphical method.
