SIA „Evolution Latvia" finanšu analīze un tās novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izvērtēt SIA „Evolution Latvia” finanšu analīzes rezultātus, lai noteiktu uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādātu priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Teorētiskajā daļā autore atspoguļo finanšu analīzes teorētiskos aspektus. Praktiskajā daļā autore veic uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu analīzi par 2010., 2011. un 2012.gadu, novērtējot uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa izmaiņas. Tiek veikts uzņēmuma rādītāju salīdzinājums ar līdzīgu uzņēmumu un bankrota iespējamības izvērtēšana. SIA „Evolution Latvia” finansiālā darbība ir diezgan veiksmīga, par to liecina arī veiktā finanšu analīze. Diplomdarba izstrādē izmantota Lavijas un ārvalstu autoru teorētiskā literatūra. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, trim daļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem. Darba apjoms – 74 lappuses, 35 tabulas, 1 attēls un 9 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: finanšu pārskats, finanšu analīze, koeficienti, rādītāji, finansiālais stāvoklis.

The aim of diploma paper is to evaluate the results of financial analysis of “Evolution Latvia” Ltd. These results are important to determine financial situation of the company and to make suggestions for improvements of the economic activities. In the theoretical part the author has shown the theoretical aspects of financial analysis. In the practical part, according to modifications of the financial situation in the company, the author has given the analysis of the financial statement of the company in the year of 2010; 2011 and 2012.The financial analysis shows that the financial activity of “Evolution Latvia” Ltd, is rather successful. The study consists of introduction, three parts, conclusions and suggestions. The amount of diploma paper: pages - 74, tables - 35, 1 picture and 9 supplements. The key words: financial statement, financial analysis, coefficients, statistics, financial situation.
