Novērtējumu kļūdu analīze neatbildētības gadījumā

Abstract

Darba tēma ir "Novērtējumu kļūdu analīze neatbildētības gadījumā". Neatbildētība ir ļoti aktuāla problēma ar kuru saskarās visos apsekojumos. Darbā tiek izpētīts neatbildētības teorētiskais pamats, aplūkota neatbildētības ietekme uz novērtējuma precizitāti un iespējas šo ietekmi samazināt. Lai apstiprinātu teorētiskos apgalvojumus par neatbildētības ietekmi darbā dažādiem novērtējumiem tiek rēķinātas vidējās kvadrātiskās kļūdas atbildējušo respondentu, neatbildējušo respondentu daļām un populācijas kopumam. Ar praktisku piemēru tiek parādīts, ka ar svaru sistēmas korekcijas palīdzību tiek palielināta novērtējumu precizitāte (samazināta neatbildētības ietekme).

The subject of this work is "Analysis of estimation errors in the presence of non-response". Non-response is very topical problem for all surveys. In this work the theoretical basis of non-response is explored. Author discussed non-response effect to estimator's accuracy and the opportunities to reduce this effect. In work for different estimators, the mean squared error is calculated for respondents and non-respondents and for population. There is the numerical example on using reweighting to increase estimators accuracy (reduce non-response effect).
