| dc.description.abstract | Darbs veikts, lai noskaidrotu rentgenspektrometrijas metodes izmantošanas iespējas graudu miltu elementsastāva noteikšanai. Aprakstīts augu materiālu sagatavošanas princips rentgenfluorescentai analīzei ar S8 Tiger rentgenspektrometru un matricas izvēles nozīme. Rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar starptautiskā praksē plaši lietoto analīzes metodi - atomabsorbciometriju. Pēc darba rezultātiem var secināt, ka RFA kā viena no mūsdienīgām spektrometrijas metodēm ir ātra, ērta un izmantojama augu izcelsmes produktu elementsastāva noteikšanai. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This work summarizes information about application of method of X-Ray spectrometry in analysis of bred cereal grains, about preparation of plant material for analysis by fluorescence (RFA) on S8 Tiger X-Ray spectrometer, about influence of matrix. The results were compared with other method of analysis - atomabsorbciometry - widely used in international practice. Results of the work enable conclusion that RFA as one of the nowadays methods of spectrometry is fast, handy and usable for analysis of elementary composition of plant products. | en_US |
