Sensoro procesu jutīgums, iesaiste mākslā un mākslas pieredze

Abstract

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija uzzināt, vai pastāv saistības starp sensoro procesu jutīgumu, mākslas pieredzi un iesaisti mākslā. Pētījuma dizains bija aprakstošs korelatīvs pētījums. Datu ievākšanai tika izmantota “Izteikti jutīga indivīda pašnovērtējuma aptauja” (Aron & Aron, 1997; Čīma, 2021), “Polijā izstrādātā mākslas pieredzes aptauja” (Świątek et al., 2023) un pētījumam izveidota Iesaistes mākslā skala. Izlase bija (N=155), no kuriem 28 % respondenti bija ieguvuši izglītību mākslā. Rezultāti izceļ izteikti jutīgu indivīdu īpašības mākslas pieredzes laikā, apstiprina iepriekšēju pētījumu atziņas, ka pastāv saistības starp estētisko jutīgumu, mākslas pieredzi un iesaisti mākslā, tādējādi izceļ mākslas aizsargājošās īpašības pret mentālās veselības problēmām izteikti jutīgiem cilvēkiem.

The aim of this study was to find out if there are links between sensory processing sensitivity, aesthetic experience and art engagement. The design of this study was correlative descriptive research. For gathering data following scales where used: “Highly sensitive person questionnaire” (Aron & Aron, 1997), “Polish version of aesthetic experience scale” (Świątek et al., 2023), “Art engagement scale” (created for this research). The sample of this study was (N=155), from whom ≈ 30% people had education in arts. The findings of this research highlights characteristics of highly sensitive individuals when they are experiencing art, confirms the previous research information that there are connections between aesthetic sensitivity, art experience and engagement in art, therefore highlights the protective nature of art against mental health issues for highly sensitive individuals.
