SIA Stiklu centrs nodokļi un to ietekme uz saimniecisko darbību

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „SIA Stiklu centrs nodokļi un to ietekme uz saimniecisko darbību”, līdz ar to autors izvirzījis mērķi aplūkot pieejamo LR likumdošanu un uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības rādītājus. Darba gaitā autors nosaka lielāko nodokļu slogu un to ietekmi uz uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību. Pēc mērķa sasniegšanas, ir izvirzīti vairāki secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Galvenie secinājumi ir, ka uzņēmumam jācenšas savu produkciju vairāk realizēt Igaunijā un Lietuvā, jo tad tiek piemērota 0% pievienotās vērtības nodokļa likme. Kā priekšlikumus var minēt nodokļu savlaicīgu plānošanu, lai netiktu aprēķinātas soda sankcijas par kavētu pārskatu iesniegšanu, nepareizi aprēķinātiem nodokļiem vai nodokļu maksājumu kavējumiem.

Title of the diploma work is - Taxation and its impact to the economic activity of the Glass Center Ltd. Thereby author has set a goal to study available legislative acts of the Republic of Latvia and investigate indices of the economic activity of the company. Over the course author determines major burden of taxes and its impact to the economic activity of the company. Further to attainment of the goal, there are brought forward several conclusions and suggestions. Key conclusions are as follows – the company must aspire to sell more of its goods in Estonia and Lithuania as for trade with these countries rate of the value added tax is 0%. As one of the suggestions there can be mentioned well timed tax planning in order to avoid from penalty for delayed submission of financial reports, faulty calculated taxes or delayed payment of taxes.
