Abstract

Darba tēma ir ”Ēnu ekonomika, tās novērtēšanas metodes un novērtējums Baltijas valstīs”. Šī tēma tika izvēlēta, jo ēnu ekonomika ir būtisks ekonomiku ietekmējošs faktors, kas nav pilnīgi definēts un pētīts. Tās pētīšanā nozīmīgi ir izmantojamie dati, kā arī faktoru kopums, kas ietekmē ēnu ekonomikas apjomu. Baltijas valstu ietvars tika izvēlēts, jo šīs kaimiņvalstis ir savstarpēji konkurējošas Pasaules tirgū un ir līdzīgas vēsturiskās gaitas ietekmētas. Darba mērķis ir, izpētot ēnu ekonomikas teorētiskos aspektus, izveidot MIMIC modeli ēnu ekonomikas izteikšanai Baltijas valstīs. Darbs sastāv no četrām daļām, kurās apskatīta ēnu ekonomikas definīcija, tās cēloņi un sekas, ēnu ekonomikas novērtēšanas metodes, salīdzināti ēnu ekonomikas novērtējumi Baltijas valstīs un izveidots MIMIC modelis Baltijas valstīm, kā arī apskatītas ēnu ekonomikas novēršanas metodes. Darba apjoms ir 56 lpp., tas satur 7 attēlus un 9 tabulas, pievienoti 4 pielikumi. Izmantoti 38 literatūras avoti.

The theme of the thesis is ”Shadow economy, assessment methods and assessment in Baltic countries”. It was chosen because shadow economy is an important economic factor that is not fully defined and studied. The most important in the research is the data used as well as a set of factors that influences the size of the shadow economy. The Baltic States framework was chosen because these neighboring countries are competing with each other in the World market and are affected by similar historical development. The aim of the thesis is to create a MIMIC model for expressing the shadow economy in the Baltic States. The work consists of four parts which describe the definition of the shadow economy, its causes and consequences, discusse the methods of shadow economy assessment, compare the shadow economy assessments in the Baltic States and reflect on the creation of the MIMIC model for the Baltic States, discusse methods for preventing the shadow economy. The volume of work is 56 pages, it contains 7 pictures and 9 tables, 4 appendices are added. 38 sources are used.
