Abstract
Krimināllikumā ietverto noziedzīgu nodarījumu kaitīgo seku apzīmēšanai tiek izmantoti vērtējuma jēdzieni, tai skaitā "būtisks kaitējums". Būtiska kaitējuma satura noteikšana sagādā problēmas teorijā un tiesu praksē. Ar pēdējiem Krimināllikuma grozījumiem būtisks kaitējums ir ietverts vairākos pantos tautsaimniecības nodaļā, savukārt tā piemērošanā problēmas sagādā konstatēt apdraudējumu citām ar likumu aizsargātajām interesēm. Veicot būtiska kaitējuma kritēriju un tautsaimniecības nodaļā ietvertos noziedzīgos nodarījumu analīze, tiek doti priekšlikumi, lai likuma piemērotājs nešaubīgi identificētu kaitīgās sekas.
Valuation concepts, including "significant damage" are used to describe harmful effects of criminal offences in Criminal Law. There are known issues in theory and legal practice in terms of defining the term significant damage. With recent amendments in Criminal Law significant damage is included in several articles that regulate offences against economy and there are issues in terms of identifications of threats to other interests protected by law. During the research of the significant damage and offences against economy, the author proposes suggestion to help the Law adopter to identify harmful consequences.
