Abstract
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir raksturot augšējā devona Pļaviņu – Stipinu svītas dolomīta, dolomītmerģeļi un dolomītiska smilšakmens mehāniskās īpašības. Pētījums pamatojas uz laboratorijas veiktiem testiem, tos apraksta – vienpunkta slodzes un vienass spiedes pretestības standarti. Gala rezultāta tika noskaidrots kā šīs metodes apvieno ieža stiprības raksturojums. Salīdzinot rezultātus savā starpā un ar iepriekšējo gadu pētījumiem, atklājās cieša saikne ar fizikālām īpašībām, kuras apspoguļo ieža izturību.
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the dolomites, dolomite marl and dolomitic sandstone mechanical properties of late Devonian Pļaviņu –Stipinu formation. The study is based on carried out at laboratory tests, describing them – one point load and uniaxial compressive strength standards. Eventual result of the study, how these methods combine to characterize the strength of the rock. Comparing the results with each other and with previous years' studies showed a strong correlation with the physical properties that describe the strength of the rock.
