| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarbā „Hipotekāro kredītu tirgus Latvijā” autors atspoguļo pašreizējo situāciju hipotekāro kredītu tirgū Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas komercbanku hipotekāro kreditēšanu pēdējo 5 gados, novērtēt statistikas informāciju, izdarīt secinājumus, prognozēt, kādas izmaiņas paredzamas tuvākajā nākotnē, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus banku hipotekārās kreditēšanas pilnveidošanai. Autors šo tematu izvēlējies, lai noskaidrotu, vai straujā hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstība neapdraud šīs nozares attīstību, un vai ir pamats apgalvojumiem, ka drīzumā šajā jomā gaidāma pārkaršana. Darbā apkopota teorētiskā bāze, kā arī veikta nozares analīze un raksturojums. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, kas katra sadalīta divās apakšnodaļās. Tajās ievietotas tabulas un attēli, kas pastiprina autora secinājumus un ilustrē hipotekārā kredīta tirgu Latvijā. Darbā izmantoti 11 publicēti literatūras izdevumi, kā arī 17 interneta resursi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the Diploma paper „Mortgage loans in Latvia”, the author reflects the present situation in mortgage loan market in Latvia. The aim of this diploma paper is to prospect the situation in the mortgage landing in Latvia of last five years. To achieve the goal, the author brings forward following tasks: analyse crediting in Latvia; explore statistic information, to educe it, to forecast the changes in the future. At the end the author gives his recommendations for mortgage landing improvements and further development. The author has chosen this subject to establish whether the explosion in mortgage landing endanger the development of the bank sector. Moreover, the author seeks for the truth, if in the short run in mortgage landing can be expected overheat. The author in diploma paper is summarized the theory and characterized, analysed the mortgage loans in Latvia. There are 3 chapters in this diploma paper. The author has inserted charts and pictures to illustrate the corollary. Information is gathered from 11 literature editions and 17 internet resources. | en_US |
