Abstract
Akmens krāvumu kapulauki Latvijas teritorijā izplatīti Ziemeļvidzemē un Ziemeļlatgalē, galvenokārt, agrajā un arī vidējā dzelzs laikmetā. Ziemeļkurzemē tie parādās jau senākā dzelzs laikmeta beigās un turpina pastāvēt līdz pat vēlajam dzelzs laikmetā. Šajos kapulaukos veidoti īpašas konstrukcijas akmens krāvumi, kuri sastāv no blakus veidotiem akmeņu iežogiem, kuros apbedīti pārsvarā dedzināti mirušie. Darbā apskatīta akmens krāvumu kapulauku pētniecības vēsture, to izplatība, apbedījumi, kapu inventārs, akmens krāvumu uzbūve, kā arī kapulauku izcelsme, hronoloģija un demogrāfiskā situācija.
ANOTATION The tarand (stone setting) cemeteries are extended in North Vidzeme and North Latgale mostly in the Roman Iron Age and in the Middle Iron age. In North Kurzeme they appear already in the late Pre-Roman Iron Age and still exist till the Late Iron Age. In these cemeteries have made special stone constructions, which sustains from tarands that are made beside each other. In these tarands are buried mostly cremated dead. In this work is analyzed history of research of tarand graves, also extension, burials, grave goods, structure of these cemeteries.
