Abstract

Aminoepoksīdu diastereodiverģentā sintēze. Sīpola A., darba vadītāji Dr.Chem. Pelšs A., Dr.Chem. Kļimenkovs I. Bakalaura darbs, 54 lappuses, 46 attēli, 1 tabula, 53 literatūras avoti, 6 pielikumi. Apkopota literatūras informācija par starpsavienojumu (halometilketonu, aminoaldehīdu un halogēnspirtu) iegūšanu, metālorganiskajiem reaģentiem un stereospecifiskajām īpašībām. Eksperimentāli veikta aminoepoksīdu sintēze no atbilstošiem N-aizsargātiem aminoskābju esteriem, iegūstot abus stereoizomērus.Diastereodivergent synthesis of amino epoxides. Literature information about synthesis of both syn- and anti- amino epoxides from different amino acid esters was summarized. Synthesis of syn- and anti- amino epoxides from appropriate synthesized N-protected amino acid esters was carried out. Practical and fast one pot methodology for synthesis of syn-amino epoxides was developed.
