Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Nepieciešamā aizstāvēšanās” tiks aplūkots nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās institūts, kas ir viens no apstākļiem kas izslēdz kriminālatbildību. Darba mērķis ir rūpīgi izpētīt nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās vēsturisko attīstību, tā jēdzienu un būtību, nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās tiesīguma nosacījumus kas attiecas uz apdraudējumu un aizstāvēšanos.Darba autora uzdevumi ir izpētīt nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās vēsturi, jēdzienu un būtību, nosacījumus kas attiecas uz apdraudējumu, nosacījumus kas attiecas uz aizstāvēšanos, salīdzināt nepieciešamās aizstāvēšanās jēdzienu ar ārvalstu regulējumu.The Bachelor's thesis ‘’Necessary Self-defense’’ examines institution of necessary defense, which is one of the circumstances that excludes criminal liability, The aim of the thesis is to carefully study the historical development of necessary defense, its definition and essence, the conditions of necessary self-defense rights related to endangerment and defense.
