Norises vadītas izstrādes ieviešana uzņēmumā

Abstract

Raksturota efektīva spējā izstrāde, definēta norises vadīta izstrāde, atšķirības no testu un sfēras vadītas izstrādes, apzinātas priekšrocības un izaicinājumi. Analizēti esošie pētījumi darījumu sfēras personu iesaistīšanā testēšanas procesos. Aprakstīti uzņēmumā pastāvošie procesi un programmatūras kvalitāte, ieguvumi no norises vadītas izstrādes ieviešanas. Dokumentēta uzņēmuma iekšējā diskusiju veida prezentācija par norises vadītu izstrādi. Aprakstīti ieviestie rīki un veiktās izmaiņas, papildinājumi koda bāzē, norises vadītas izstrādes akcepttesti. Described effective agile development, defined behavior driven development, differences between test driven development and domain driven development, identified benefits and challenges. Analyzed existing studies in involving business domain persons in testing processes. Outlined existing processes and software quality at company, benefits of implementing behavior driven development. Internal company argumentative presentation about behaviour driven development was documented. Introduced tools and changes, features added to codebase, created acceptance tests were described.
