Abstract

Anna Stahovska. Diplomdarbs. Sabiedrības SIA „Euro-Auto” finanšu vadība un analīze. – Rīga: Latvijas Universitāte, 2009. Diplomdarba mērķis ir novērtēt sabiedrības finanšu vadību un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autors sniedz vispārēju sabiedrības SIA „Euro-Auto” raksturojumu, jo tas atvieglo izpratni par sabiedrības darbību. Otrajā nodaļā ir izvērtēta finanšu vadība, tās plānošanas būtība un nozīme. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēti sabiedrības finanšu koeficienti, tiek veikts sabiedrības finansiālā stāvokļa vispārējs novērtējums no 2006. gada līdz 2008. gadam. Darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi finanšu vadības SIA „Euro-Auto” uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 76 lappuses, tas satur 27 tabulas, 21 attēlu un 7 pielikumus. Izmantoti 14 literatūras avoti. Anna Stahovska Bachelor paper „Management and analysis of finance in LTD „Euro-Auto”” Riga: University of Latvia Year 2009

The goal of this paper is to analyze finance management of the company LTD „Euro-Auto” and to work out the purpose for its finance optimization.

The paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter provides basic information about company as it helps to understand LTD „Euro-Auto” business activities. In the second part, the author of this paper has valuated finance management, as well as its planning, and control system in the company LTD „Euro-Auto”. In the third part there have been analyzed financial ratios as well as company’s financial situation valuation during the period from 2006. – 2008. At the end, conclusions and suggestions are given, where the essential findings and answers to tasks defined in the paper are disclosed. The volume of paper is 76 pages, 27 tables, 21 pictures and 7 appendixes. The Bibliography consists of 14 literature resources.
