Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Inovāciju ieviešanas efektivitāte uzņēmumā”. Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts, lai izpētītu inovācijas procesu būtību un nozīmi uzņēmējdarbībā, inovācijas procesu ieviešanas nepieciešamības izpratni Latvijā un Pasaulē, kā arī inovāciju ietekmi uz ekonomiskajām norisēm dažādās uzņēmējdarbības sfērās. Izmantojot dažādu teoriju analīzi autors sniedz priekšlikumus par uzņēmuma efektivitātes paaugstināšanas virzieniem, kā inovāciju ieviešanas galarezultātu. Tā pat darbā tiek pētīti inovāciju ieviešanas vadīšanas procesi, un uzņēmuma sagatavošana inovāciju ieviešanai. Veicot divu inovatīvu uzņēmumu darbības analīzi autors ir secinājis, ka pastāv korelācija starp inovāciju un uzņēmuma efektivitāti.
The bachelor thesis’s topic is “Efficiency of introducted innovations in company”. The bachelor thesis is devoted to explore the essence of the innovation process and the role of innovation in entrepreneurship, Latvian and Global comprehension of the necessity for innovation and also the impact of innovation on economic developments in the various entrepreneurhip sectors. Based on analysis of various theories, author give propositions to entrepreneurship efficiency increasing as the final outcome of innovation. The bachelor thesis contains analysis of the management of innovation introduction in the company and the companies preparing for innovation. By analyzing the operation of two inovative companies, author has concluded that there is a correlation between innovation and the company's efficiency.
