Abstract
Darbā ir veikts augu eļļu paraugu stabilitātes izvērtējums laikā, pie paaugstinātas temperatūras. Analīzē tika pielietota Vīlera metode, kuras rezultātā tika noteikts peroksīdskaitlis tīras eļļas paraugiem un eļļām pievienojot dažādas piedevas – antioksidantus. Nosakot perosīdskaitli ir veikts izvērtējums salīdzinot dažādu augu eļļu paraugu iedarbību ar sintētiskajiem un dabīgajiem antioksidantiem.
Stability of oil samples at high temperatures was studied in the research. Wheeler’s method was used for analysis. Peroxide number was determined for samples of pure oil and oils with different additives – antioxidants. The determined peroxide number was used for evaluation of interaction of different oil samples with natural and synthetic antioxidants.
