Abstract

Darba autore: Ieva Dreimane Darba tēma: Bērncentrētu mācību vidi nodrošinoša PII pedagogu sadarbība Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmajā daļā Tika apskatīta literatūras avoti, pētījumi un raksti par bērcentrētu vidi un vidi izglītības iestādēs. Otrajā daļā tika teorētiski analizētas psihologu un pedagogu atziņas par sadarbību pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē, raksturojot pedagogu savstarpējo sadarbību, kā arī mijiedarbības iespējas starp vadību un pedagogiem. Trešajā daļā tika veikts pētījums, izmantojot pētīšanas instrumentu- novērojumu pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē un aptauju pedagogiem. Aptauja tika veikta vienā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē, aptaujājot tās pedagogus un vadību. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Atbildot uz pētījuma hipotēzi- Pedagogu sadarbība sekmē bērncentrētas vides veidošanu pirmsskolā. The first part dealt with literary sources, studies, and articles on the bereaved environment and environment in educational institutions. The second part theoretically analyzed the insights of psychologists and educators on cooperation in a preschool educational institution, describing the cooperation between educators, as well as the possibilities of interaction between management and educators. In the third part, a study was conducted using a research tool, an observation in a preschool educational institution and a survey for educators. The survey was conducted in one preschool educational institution, surveying its educators and management. In the qualification work, conclusions and proposals have been developed. In response to the research hypothesis, Educator collaboration contributes to the creation of a child-centered environment in preschool.
