Abstract
Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 44 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 35 attēlus, 2 tabulas, 28 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem.
Darba mērķis: novērtēt optiskā apmiglojuma adaptācijas ietekmi uz centrālo uz perifēro redzi.
Metodika: apmiglojuma radīšanai tika izmantota novērotāja metode, lai noteiktu optiskā apmiglojuma adaptācijas ietekmi uz redzes asumu, un avota metode, lai noteiktu datorā simulēta apmiglojuma adaptācijas ietekmi uz apmiglojuma uztveres sliekšņiem.
Secinājumi: apmiglojuma adaptācija būtiski ietekmē redzes asumu tīklenes centrā un tuvējā perifērijā. Apmiglojuma uztveres sliekšņi pieaug, palielinoties ekscentritātei, un ir atkarīgi no sākotnējā stimula apmiglojuma līmeņa.

Aim: to evaluate effect of optical blur adaptation on central and peripheral vision. Methods: defocus was generated in two ways – using observer method to evaluate effect of blur adaptation on visual acuity and source method to evaluate effect of blur adaptation on blur perception thresholds. Conclusions: blur adaptation have a significant influence on visual acuity in central and near peripheral retina, blur perception thresholds increase with eccentricity and depends on initial defocus level.
