Abstract
Maģistra darbā ir apkopota literatūra par metilglioksāla derivatizācijas un noteikšanas metodēm. Izstrādāta metilglioksāla kvantitatīvās noteikšanas metode ar gāzu hromatogrāfijas-masspektrometrijas metodi, izmantojot izvēlētu jonu monitoringa režīmu. Metilglioksāla pirmskolonnas derivatizācija ir veikta ar 4,5-dihlor-o-fenilēndiamīnu. Noteikti optimālie derivatizācijas apstākļi: reakcijas vide pH 3 – 6, derivatizējošā reaģenta 100-kāršs un lielāks pārākums, reakcija noris pie 60 oC ne mazāk kā 10 minūtes un nepieciešamais ekstrakcijas laiks 10 - 20 minūtes. Izstrādātā analītiskā metode ir specifiska un dod lineāru atsauci metilglioksāla koncentrāciju diapazonā no 16 līdz 400 ng/ml.

A gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric method in selected ion monitoring is developed for quantitative determination of methylglyoxal. Methylglyoxal precolumn derivatization is realized with 4,5-dichloro-o-phenylenediamine. The optimal derivatization conditions are: reaction medium pH 3 – 6, 100 and more excess of derivative agent, reaction proceeds at 60 oC temperature not less than 10 minutes and extraction time is 10 – 20 minutes. Developed analytical method is specific, linear calibration curves are obtained from 16 to 400 ng/ml.
