Abstract
The main objective of the Master's thesis “Opening a Coffee Shop” is to develop a wellconsidered and competitive project for opening a coffee shop that meets modern customer expectations and current market trends. The study addresses a current issue – the limited availability of high-quality and personalized coffee service offerings in shopping mall environments, which fails to meet modern consumer demands for comfort, aesthetics, and professionally prepared coffee. Within the scope of the research, the author conducted an industry analysis, evaluated market trends, identified the competitive landscape, and developed a project for the implementation of a selected alternative – opening a coffee salon within a shopping centre. The thesis includes a detailed technical and economic justification, project planning and implementation stages, as well as a practical manual for project execution.
