Latvijas vidusskolēnu intelektuālā īpašuma pratība

Abstract

Pētījums “Latvijas vidusskolēnu intelektuālā īpašuma pratība” veikts ar mērķi novērtēt vidusskolēnu intelektuālā īpašuma pratības līmeni. Izpratnes un zināšanu trūkums par intelektuālo īpašumu var būtiski ietekmēt pašu indivīdu, valsts ekonomikas attīstību un sabiedrību kopumā. Pētījuma gaitā tiek pētīts, attīstīts un definēts jauns termins – intelektuālā īpašuma pratība. Pētījuma teorētisko bāzi veido pragmatisms, UNESCO MIP kompetenču matrica un konektīvisma teorija. Empīrisko datu ieguvei tiek izmantota gan kvantitatīvā datu ieguves metode – anketēšana, gan kvalitatīvās datu ieguves metodes – kontentanalīze un intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka vidusskolēnu intelektuālā īpašuma pratība atbilst pamata līmenim.The research “Intellectual property literacy of Latvian secondary school students” aims to assess the level of intellectual property literacy of secondary school students. Lack of awareness and knowledge of intellectual property can have a significant impact on the individual, the country's economic development and society as a whole. In the course of the research, a new term – intellectual property literacy – is explored, developed and defined. The theoretical basis of the research is pragmatism, UNESCO MIL competency matrix and connectivism theory. The empirical data is collected using both quantitative data collection method – questionnaire and qualitative data collection methods – content analysis and interview. The results reveal that the intellectual property literacy of secondary school students corresponds to the basic level.
