Abstract
Ontoloģija ir plaši atzīta par nozīmīgu instrumentu, kurš ļauj precīzi aprakstīt kāda domēna zināšanas, kā arī dalīties ar cilvēkiem par šī domēna kopīgo izpratni. Pašlaik automatizētās testēšanas ontoloģija nav izveidota, rezultātā cilvēkiem nav skaidra priekšstata par to kādas pieejas un rīkus, kad un kā var izmantot automatizētā testēšanā. Šī darba ietvaros tika veikta automatizētās testēšanas un automatizētās testēšanas rīku izpēte, kuras rezultātā tika uzsākta automatizētās testēšanas ontoloģijas izstrāde.
Ontology has been widely recognized as an important tool, which lets us describe knowledge of a domain and share this common understanding with other people. As of now, an automated testing ontology is not fully created. As a result people do not have clear idea of what approaches and tools, when and how to use for test automation. In this paper author has researched automated testing approaches as well as several popular test automation tools to start creation of automated testing ontology.
