Abstract

Maģistra darba „Mācīšanās motivācijas pilnveidošanās skolotāju studiju programmā” aktualitāti nosaka skolotājs kā galvenā 21. gadsimta atslēgas vārds. Autore aplūko pārmaiņas izglītībā, līdz ar kurām jāmainās arī mūsdienu skolai un skolotājam. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 6 pielikumiem. Darba izstrādē analizēti 49 literatūras un citi avoti par motivāciju, vajadzībām, mācīšanās motivāciju, pārmaiņām izglītības sistēmā un piedāvātajām skolotāju studiju programmām. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi faktori ietekmē mācīšanās motivācijas pilnveidošanos skolotāju studiju programmā. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes ir literatūras analīze, daļēji strukturēta intervija un aptauja. Atbildot uz pētniecības jautājumu, var secināt, ka gan iekšēji, gan ārējie motivācijas faktori ietekmē mācīšanās motivācijas pilnveidošanos.

The topicality of Master’s thesis „Improvement of learning motivation in the teacher education program” is determined by the term “teacher” – the key word for the 21st century. The author discusses changes in the educational field because of which the contemporary school and teacher should also change. The Master’s paper consists of 3 chapters and 6 appendices. During the research process there are 49 literary and informational sources used. The analysis based on the information found was done, and the topics touched upon are motivation, needs, learning motivation, changes in the educational system and teacher education programs presently offered. The aim of the Master’s thesis is to study the factors influencing the improvement of learning motivation in the teacher education program. Research methods used in the practical part of this work are as follows: the literary analysis, semi-structured interview and a questionnaire. The answer for the research question allows one to conclude that improvement of learning motivation is being affected by both internal and external motivating factors.
